Job Duties:

• Handle full spectrum of Company Secretarial documents ( e.g. Annual returns, change in Directors, transferor shares, incorporation, etc.
• Drafting minutes.
• Submitting statutory documents.
• Assisting supervisors to perform other secretarial duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Company Secretarial / Corporate Governance
• Good command in MS Office Applications (Word/ Excel)
• Fluent in Spoken and Written Mandarin and English
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• 1-3 Years of Company Secretarial experience 
• Familiar with CSA would be advantage.
• HKICS Student Member preferred
• Knowledge of CSA
