Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable invoices posting, reconciliation, and follow up with user departments
• Performing the checking & preparation for vendors payment
• Assisting in process improvement for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable area
• Performing the checking of vendors payment to ensure accuracy
• Performing staff claims checking & posting
• Preparing period end closing for supporting schedules of Financial Statements
• Assisting in reviewing the policy/procedures within Department & ensuring updates from time to time
• Handling administrative related function for department
• Taking up ad hoc assignments                  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience
• Good analytical and report writing skills
• Well-versed with MS office
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Self-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
• Mature and responsible
