Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare analysis for F&B sales, consumptions, cost reconciliation, and products cost etc;
- Calculate F&B transfer and wastage between shops;
- Attend monthly F&B stocktaking;
- To prepare month-end closing on F&B cost of sales, analyse and explain variances
- Liaise with internal dept. for budgeting, forecast, and cost control
Requirements:
- Accounting major or relevant studies
- 2+ years' relevant costing experience in the F&B industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-minded
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
