Job Description

• Handle full set of accounting, carry out routine (such as AR/AP, bank reconciliation) and ad-hoc accounting duties, prepare for audit
• Perform month-end closing and preparation of management reports
• Handle annual license renewal
• Prepare leasing agreements

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of accounting, property leasing accounting experience will be an advantage
• Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good communication, organization and analytic skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
