• Provide full accounting support to Senior Manager of the Finance Team
• Maintain the current system setting, including Chart of Account, report, and user role (with vendor support)
• Support implementation and enhancement of accounting systems
• Assist in preparation of financial analysis, cash flow analysis, budgeting & forecasting; and quarterly reporting, etc.
• Prepare the interim / annual consolidation of the group reporting
• Review accounting vouchers of group companies
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified in HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a sizeable organization
• Experience in system implementation would be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of consolidation, management accounting, and statutory reporting
• Able to prioritize assigned duties effectively with good problem-solving and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and innovative
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, fast & keen learner, and able to work independently
• Good team player with good supervisory skills and learning mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail with good organizing skills
• Able to perform with tight deadlines and work under pressure
• High proficiency in MS Office applications software (Strong in Excel and knowledge in Power BI or business intelligence tools would be an advantage)
• Proficient in various accounting software, e.g. FLEX Accounting, FION, and consolidation systems will be desirable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant
