Responsibilities:

• Conduct equity and industry research in support of valuations for M&A transactions and financial reporting engagements;
• Develop financial models, perform financial analysis and prepare valuation reports;
• Liaise with clients and other professional parties including lawyers, accountants, industry experts and regulators; and
• Participate in business development initiatives as required

Qualifications:

• University graduates with relevant experience or interns in their final academic year
• Research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts
• Strong Excel knowledge and good report-writing skills
• High initiative with good team work and good communication skills
• Individual is expected to travel in the PRC or overseas on assignments
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidate with Bloomberg system knowledge would be advantageous
• Candidate with higher experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
• Fresh graduates are welcome and will also be considered
