Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Group’s IT project team and external consultants to implement the group’s ERP in other countries
• Ensure the Group’s risk framework and financial control policies are successfully implemented, report any exceptions, and identify solutions and areas of improvement
• Continue to enhance financial accounting and reporting process flows to cope with new business needs
• Manage and develop the team by knowledge transfer, coaching and motivation
• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in multinational companies/enterprises required, with at least 2 years at managerial level
• Qualified accountant of international recognized accounting bodies
• Experience in Oracle implementation or similar accounting system is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Data analytical training or certifications is a plus
• Capable to identify areas of improvement in finance accounting reporting process
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
• Candidate with lesser experience will be also considered as Assistant Manager position
