• Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger and accounts reconciliations
• Prepare journal vouchers, cheque payments and filings
• Maintain proper and accurate records in the system
• Prepare bank reconciliation, regular reports, month-end and year-end closing
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
• Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

• Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Student member of HKICPA or other recognized accounting professional bodies
• 4 years or above relevant experience is preferred
• Independent, good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
