Role Purpose:

The work of this role is to manage the analytical and research activities supporting an organization's strategic, short-term, and long-range goal planning function. You are expected to be responsible to perform financial analysis and investment return analysis function for Florens, building up a cash flow model for container investment plan and the pricing model of leasing products, performing the competitor analysis, and business model design for the IT digitalization project, finish data extraction and analysis tasks and engage in various ad-hoc projects (e.g., M&A).

A typical day in this Role: 

• Build up financial model for container investment plan and the pricing model of leasing products.
• Conduct data extraction and analysis to provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.
• Perform operating performance review and investment return analysis.
• Design business model for IT digitalization project.
• Support the Company's strategic planning drives led by senior management.
• Engage in various ad hoc projects as assigned (e.g., merger & acquisition, asset valuation, etc.)

• Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 8 years or above of extensive experience in financial modeling, investment return analysis, financial statement analysis, and fundamental research (with solid working experience in an investment bank or financial institution is an advantage).
• A professional qualification holder of CPA or CFA is preferred.
• Proficient in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and good command of written Chinese and English reporting and presentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, VBA, and financial modeling software.
• Ability to analyze data to structure insight with a strategical mind.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated personality.
• Strong sense of commitment and responsibility and being able to work under tight deadlines.
• The talent with less experience may consider as an Assistant Manager.
