Client Information:

My client is a reputable real estate developer in Hong Kong with diversified commercial properties in Hong Kong and PRC District. They're hiring the position of Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting team for conducting the accounting activity.

Responsibilities

• Handle the Group’s annual/interim financial reporting, including preparing Group’s consolidated accounts and subsidiaries’ financial statements
• Prepare cash flow forecast, financial analysis, and cost control for the company's properties.
• Manage the daily accounting/finance functions
• Work closely with the Group’s overseas department to solve finance/accounting issues
• Coordinate with external professionals to execute annual audits and tax reporting etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with HKICPA/ACCA qualification
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, which 2 years at the managerial level with working experience from the listed developer, Big-4 will be a plus
• Proven experience in consolidation, auditing
• Solid knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax rules and regulations
• Proficient in Excel and Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Experienced in handling the disposal & acquisition of property assets is a plus
