Responsibilities

• Daily accounting duties
• Prepare monthly accounts, journal entries and general ledger for accounting system
• Handle & prepare payments, accounts payable & receivables, month-end closing
• Responsible for preparing monthly reports independently
• Involve and support the various company project issues
• Assist in handling the accounting records with the China office.
• Capable to handle or participate in ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor. 

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting/related disciplines, with professional accounting qualification.
• At least 3 years working experience with related industries.
• China related experience will be an advantage
• Work independently
• Good communication skill
• Good in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with QuickBooks is preferred
• A good team player, well organized and responsible person
