This  Finance Accountant Asia Pacific Region reports directly to the China Finance Manager.

The work location can be in Hong Kong or Shanghai or South Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly journal entries and maintains the required supporting work papers
• Performs bank reconciliations
• Reconcile inter and intra company transactions for consolidation purpose
• Reconciles input VAT & out VAT with tax return monthly
• Prepare cash disbursement
• Review the staffs’ reimbursements via Concur and run AP from accounting software (AX or SAP)
• Support closing, issue invoice and ensure reconciliation to accounting software and filed documentations
• May work on ad hoc projects as it relates to the finance and accounting department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• 3 years of related working experience
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• Familiar with Concur, SAP or similar ERP system is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience with US GAAP are a plus
• High degree of professionalism
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Team player who can easily handle shifting priorities in deadline-driven and multi-tasking environment
• Proficient in English and Korean language both written and verbal  is a must
