Description
Reporting to the Regional CFO and Chairman, you will be responsible for
- Leading the HK team to oversee the financing, accounting and tax departments for the group to ensure there is a sound set of books issues
- handling all company secretary and investor relations matters and managing the team
- Identifying risk areas and ensuring internal controls are place
- Acting as an advisory role for the senior stakeholders to provide advice on financial impact of investment plans, partnership with external partners
Profile
Requirement:
- A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- CPA Qualified is a must
- Company Secretary and IR experiences are a must
- 15 years of working experience
- PRC Property and Listed Company are highly preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
