• Lead a team to support key stakeholders of Finance in the design, planning and execution of project and change initiatives under the strategy of Bank within the required time limit, deliverables and expectations set by the Management following the project management framework;
• Participate in product control for new business product and product modification, and system development and enhancement
• Responsible for the designation and maintenance of parameters in accounting processing systems
• Ensure that adequate system control is maintained in the Division
• Ensure the key stakeholders are aligned with project objectives and execution and obtain project sign-offs and approval when required;
• Manages and communicates project statuses to stakeholders, highlighting complex business issues and driving the execution of the project;
• Organize internal briefing and update sessions on system functionalities
• Review matters related to system support requests and operational risk incidents
• Coordinate the assessment processes within the Division on new Product and new regulatory requirements
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

• University degree holder in Accounting or Finance, qualified accountant is preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in implementing or support Finance projects in banking industry
• Good knowledge of Finance business processes with strong system or integration knowledge of various Finance system solutions
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience working under tight deadlines.  Ability to adapt to changing requirements frequently.
• Good problem solving, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) as well as writing skills.
