Job Description
Client Details:
A multinational IT service provider is looking for 3 accounting officers (AR, AP and financial reporting) due to business expansion. Hong Kong is their finance headquarter. So in other words, all 3 hiring are under regional accounting team.
Accounting officer (AP)
Responsibilities:
- Handle AP transactions
- Update weekly payment list
- Handle bank reconciliation and inter company transactions
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Experience in SAP and HSBCnet will be an advantage
- Diploma / Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline
Accounting officer (AR)
Responsibilities:
- Handle AR transactions
- Issue invoices with SAP
- Update AR aging lists and follow up overdue collection
- Handle inter company transactions
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in SAP and HSBCnet will be an advantage
- Diploma / Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline
Accounting officer (Regional financial reporting)
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounting and month end closing
- Deal with auditor
- Handle financial reports to China headquarter
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in SAP and HSBCnet will be an advantage
- Diploma / Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline
