Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting duties in Accounts Department
- Responsible for daily accounting duties for Account Payable, including invoice processing, supporting validation, cheque/ remittance preparation and data entry & filing
- Prepare bank reconciliations, accounting schedules and management reports
- Assist in project accounting, month-end closing, year-end closing, reporting and analysis
- Responsible for coordination with service units regarding operating and accounting issues
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Social Service or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years or above NGO relevant working experience is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Proficiency in PC application in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
