Our client is a well-known Architectural & Design Consultancy firm with an outstanding large-scale commercial projects portfolio. Currently, they are looking for Assistant Accountant to join their financial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an effective accounting management system
• Support the Senior Accountant
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Manage and perform general accounting duties
• Prepare timely month-end closing accounts and monthly financial reports
• Perform any ad hoc assignments on a required basis

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or relevant discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/auditing experience preferred
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and reporting time tables
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese
