Job Description

If you are looking for developing your Regional Analysis ability and Business Partnering with different Heads of Business it is a good chance for you to join our company to lead subordinates for completing assigned duties. Being the FP&A Manager, you are expected to handle APAC regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting, controlling of a well-established brand with a dynamic business matrix.

Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking including prepare presentations to management and highlight risks & opportunities with propose actions.
  • Support defining business strategies to improve financial performance at a Regional and Local level across brands, investments and pricing with market insights
  • Govern trade spend by channel including investment allocation, tracking on Production Process
  • Drive trade spend efficiency, ensures investments are aligned to channel strategy and initiates ROI improvement
  • Build capability of multi-functional team on financial acumen and drives ROI mindset
  • Act as steward for company and actively engages organisation on internal controls

Profile

  • University degree, Business Administration or Accounting major
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or controlling exposure
  • Candidates with Real Estate background are preferred
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
