Responsibilities

• Perform accounting duties such as data entry, invoice checking, banking reconciliation.
• Perform all-round office administration and clerical duties such as equipment maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing and etc.
• Handle reception matters and answer telephone calls
• Provide clerical support to department, such as document processing, data checking, and filling
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and perform other duties as assigned by Department head

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, less experience will be also considered
• Knowledge in Accounting system will be an advantage 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• High sense of responsibility, willing to learn
• Self-motivated, independent and meet tight deadlines
• Fresh Graduation will be considerable
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
