Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine accounting duties in accounting department
- Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing, reporting and analysis
- Receivable and payment arrangement and document filing
- Coordinate with service units in daily operation
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Working location: Wanchai
Requirements:
- (i) Obtained Level 2 in FIVE subjects including English Language, Chinese Language, Mathematics & Liberal Studies in the HKDSE or
- (ii) Obtained pass in FIVE subjects including English Language, Chinese Language & Mathematics in the HKCEE or equivalent or
- (iii) High Diploma, Associate Degree or above
- 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Proficiency in PC application in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is preferred
