Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide infrastructure support for dealing room, including: e-Trading platform; dealer board and voice recording platform; and market data platform (Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon)
- Work closely with Business Support Manager and IT team to diagnose and resolve problem raised by treasury users
- Liaise with vendors for problem resolution and system integration project implementation
- Provide support on annual BCP / DR drill to ensure the drill is completed successfully
- Update and perform regular check on the inventory records of hardware / software, etc. in order to maintain up-to-date records
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years with relevant exposure on a trading floor environment, preferably from acting in a middle office/trade support or client support function
- Self-motivated, accountable, able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; problem-solving mind
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows; MS Office; E-Trading platform applications
- A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
