Responsibilities:

• Conduct corporate governance services, internal control review and enterprise risk assessment to listed companies or potential listed corporations
• Conduct due diligence work for IPO or potential transactions
• Conduct ESG consulting services

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or business related disciplines
• Experience in audit, internal audit, corporate governance or business processes review is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and presentation skills in both in English and Chinese are essential
