• Provide secretarial support and maintain statutory records
• Perform general company secretarial duties, such as compiling meeting documents and filing of meeting records and registers
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the related meetings/activities are being well-organised
• Other ad hoc assignments

• Diploma or above in Business Management, Finance or related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience gained in listed companies or professional firms
• Reliable, team-orientated and detail-minded
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred

The position is on a 1-year term contract.
