• Perform routine accounting duties including accounting data inputs, cheque payments, receivables, payables etc
• Review sales invoice and cash receipt
• Review and process payment requisitions/cash advances and liaise with relevant parties for follow up
• Handle bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Full set accounts of small companies
• Assist preparation of cash flows statements, monthly reports and analyses for management purposes
• Liaise with external auditors
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Ensure proper document filing and provide support to the department

• Holder of one of the following (i) LCCI intermediate certificate, (ii) HKAAT 
• At least 2 years accounting experience, preferably in retail industry
• Strong computer skills including Excel & Word
• Knowledge of ERP system or NetSuite) is preferable
• Attention to details and good organizational skills 
• Willing and able to work overtime and under pressure
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Immediate availability is preferred
