Exciting New Role for You

Our client is now hiring a Manager (more experienced candidates would be considered for Senior Manager) in Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team in Hong Kong. You will be crunching financial data and performing detailed analysis on such data in order to prepare annual business plans, management reports and quarterly forecasts.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare local management reports including sales reporting, board papers etc.
• Prepare annual business plan and quarterly forecast
• Perform financial analysis and interpretation on the financial results, in particular comparisons between actual results versus plan/forecast in order to keep track of the financial performance
• Conduct financial analysis including business initiatives and projects – cost and benefit analysis
• Participate and manage finance-specific projects such as HKFRS17 implementation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Management Reports

 Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or Business or other relevant disciplines, with a recognized professional accounting qualification
• 4 - 5 years’ experience in local and group management reporting, industry experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with outstanding planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Able to work independently
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
