Role Purpose

• Responsible for payment settlement including payment status and payment cancellation;
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure the payments settled on time;
• Ensure payment vouchers and bank reconciliations are completed in a timely manner for month-end closing;
• Assist in daily treasury operations and prepare treasury-related accounting entries, e.g. inter-account transactions and cash pooling;
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

• University Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience in Account payable and Payment settlement;
• Experience in using Electronic banking system is a plus;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Good numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• A quick learner with the ability to work independently and as a team;

Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
