Responsibilities:

•  Manage full set of accounting activities and support daily accounting operations including legal co-ordination.
• Handle inter-company/Branch transactions including official invoices, accounts payable, AR outstanding, cash flow control, annual budgeting, fund transfer transaction, monthly financial statements and tax return.
• Responsible for the monthly receivable and payable report including GL.
• Work closely with the local administrators, banks and auditors to coordinate accounting duties.
• Handle full range of office administration functions.
• Handle ad-hoc projects upon request by CFO & CEO

Requirements:

• Professional Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• 5-7 years accounting experience, preferably in international trade industry
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Highly computer literate. Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP or any other ERPs is preferred
• Stable background, well-organized and detail-oriented individual.
• Have very good communication (verbal and written English) and presentation skills.

• Self-starter.  Ability to work with minimal direction in a high pressure environment in order to meet deadlines

Preference:

• CA / ICWA  / CA Inter  with 4-5 years of experience in commercial enterprises / Candidates with a background in Import and Export Industry and/or
• Have at least 4 years of experience in independently managing the Accounts/Finance function.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese communication

The candidates with overseas educational qualification in Accounting or Finance will also be considered.
