Our client, a Finance company is now looking for a high calibre for the following position:

Assistant Officer (Account) 20K

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to general ledger/ AP/ AR function
• Handle daily accounting operations, including prepare cheques and payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, data entries and filing
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Provide clerical/administrative support as assigned by supervisors
• Other ad-hoc duties are required by management

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years accounting experience 
• Experienced in using SUN system/ SAP is an advantage
• Good command in English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Able to perform multi-tasking, work independently and under pressure
• A good team player with positive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detailed minded and self-motivated
• Immediate available is preferable
