Responsibilities:

• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, highlight key trends, drivers and issues for senior management's review
• Standardize management reports across the region and ensure compliance with group policies
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Work closely with the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia to prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Liaise and work closely with HK, China and US counterparts on all reporting and planning matters
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and work on special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
• 4 years relevenat experience in MNC
• Experienced in regional role, preferably related to APAC
• Excellent written and communications skills in English and Chinese are required
• Proactive, detail minded and strong analytical skill
