Responsibilities

• enter/update cash receipts in the system
• generate weekly AR aging
• communicate (email//phone call/MS Teams) with US customers & colleagues on AR issues (e.g. invoices settled by latest payment, overdue invoices, etc.)
• accept work-from-home arrangement (1 day per week with altered working hours 15:00-00:00 to match US time zone)
• some AP/GL entries

 Requirements

• > 3 years’ working experience in accounting (AR experience preferred)
• good conversational and written English
• Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot table)
• academic/professional accounting qualification preferred
• comfortable working with customized accounting software / ERP system
• immediately available preferred
