Responsibilities

• Prepare regular management reports with metrics, KPI’s and variance analysis
• Perform annual budget, quarterly forecast and trend analysis and recommend relevant actions and initiatives 
• Assist in establishing analytical processes, financial modeling and develop analyses for financial or business issues
• Proactively manage relationship with key stakeholders across business units in relation to financial and management reporting areas. Work closely with different Business Unit heads to identify and analyze key drivers for financial performance
• Conduct market research to support corporate business planning and monitor market updates
• Assist ad hoc financial analysis upon request

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis or management reporting gained from sizable firms
• Hands-on financial analysis / modeling experience
• Proactive, excellent analytical skill, enjoy to work on complicated issues and scenario
• Confident candidate with strong communication skills and comfortable to work with people from different background
• Excellent written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Methodical work style, capable to provide target deliverable under tight schedule and pressure
• Good in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a strong plus
• Candidate who can start immediately will be a plus.
