What You'll Do

•          Preparing Financial Resources Rules (FRR) and financial return reports for SFC Type 1, 4, 9 License Corp to aligned with regulator standards
•          Monitoring financial liquidity to ensure the statutory requirements are met at all times
•          Preparing full sets of accounts, tax filing and various management reports
•          Assisting in budget and forecasts preparation
•          Arranging banking facilities and IPO funding with corporate banks
•          Liaising with participating dealers, custodian, fund administrators, legal consultant, auditor and other third-parties
•          Participating in annual audit & taxation exercise
•          Assisting in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management

Who You Are

•          Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
•          Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferred
•          Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brokerage firm / financial institution
•          Experience in margin financing business would be an advantage
•          Familiar with the Securities and Futures Ordinance (including Financial Resources Rules) requirements and guidelines
•          Well understanding of regulatory requirements in Client Money Rules, AML & CTF measurements etc.
•          Able to work under pressure and good at time management
•          Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
