FP&A Manager (Listed conglomerate)

Our client is a Hong Kong listed conglomerate company.

To cope with their business expansion across the globe, they are now seeking a FP&A Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, maintenance and development of the FP&A reports (Forecast model and management reporting)
• To identify performance drivers for revenue, expenses, and highlight the business risks and opportunities
• Act as a business partner, work closely with the business team to provide recommendations and support management decision making
• Set up benchmarks and enhance the budgeting/reporting functions.
• Analyze financial trends and plans, devise annual budget and long-term business plans

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of Accounting/Finance with professional membership, such as HKICPA/ACCA
• Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A/Audit
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with senior management.
• Prior experience in delivering presentations to senior management would be an advantage
• Capacity to perform multi-tasks and work out creative solutions
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
