Job Description
AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented, and interested in joining our Accounting Team.
Reporting to Manager, the Treasury Officer position is responsible for daily operations and reconciliation within the team.
Rotating shift is required. 5 days / 9 hours from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in both daily settlement operations and reconciliation
- Ensure the smoothness of daily settlement task
- Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports and other administrative duties
- Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Non-degree tertiary education, associate degree holder or equivalent
- Proficient in numeric analysis and time management
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup and Pivot table) and Chinese word processing
- Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Settlement Clerk
- Immediate available is highly preferred
