Responsibilities:

• Handle the accounts receivable operations including sales reconciliation of Hong Kong stores and prepare turnover rent accruals if necessary;  
• Collect lease information from Business Development department and disseminate to local accounting teams and follow up security deposit refunds from landlords in the rest of Asia ie Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia;
• Coordinate with Taiwan accounting team for invoice entries and payment arrangement;
• Review accrual entries prepared by Taiwan accounting team;
• Arrange gross taking audits for stores in the rest of Asia ie Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia;
• Maintain lease records in compliance with IFRS 16;
• Assist in other projects and duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Qualified member of one of the accountancy associations
• Around 5 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably in retail industry
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Hand-on experience on Oracle ERP system is an advantage
• Detail minded, able to work independently, meet tight deadline and show proactivity
• Good communication skill and team player

In 1984 and 1998 respectively, Evelyne Chetrite and Judith Milgrom wanted to empower women in all facets of their everyday lives. Sandro, then Maje were created in Paris and continue to be directed by their founders. In 2008, Sandro also dresses men with the creative touch of llan Chetrite. In 2019, the Group also acquired Fursac.

The eponymous brand Claude Pierlot was founded in 1984 and acquired by SMCP in 2009.
