Our client is a leading foundation and ground engineering specialist in HK and they are looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor project total expenses 
• Cost follow-up of raw materials from vendors, labour, transportation and equipment.
• Assists management with building an annual operating budget for the company.
• Build reports detailing raw material and labour costs to management along with a comparison of actual versus projected production costs.
• Provide cost control reports on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance/Quantity Surveyor or related disciplines, with at least one year of working experience
• Knowledge of SAP and relevant working experience in the construction industry will be an advantage but not a must
• Strong analytical and numerical sense
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure and independently
• Location: Chai Wan/North Point
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as associate cost accountant
