• Assist the Finance Manager to supervise the finance team and manage daily accounting operations
• Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and analysis as well as cash management
• Assist in managing taxation and financial aspects of the overseas business entities as well as to liaise with the local CPA, tax consultants and other external parties
• Take part in group audit and tax matters
• Manage staff expenses claim
• Work closely with Finance Manager to support any business development initiatives related to finance perspective
• Assist in ERP system implementation
• Any ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Big 4 audit firm experience with retail clients portfolio is a plus
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Certified accountant from professional accounting institutions is preferred
• Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus
• Knowledge in Xero and Netsuite is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications & Google Workplace
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and can work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
• Attentive to details and focus in work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Cantonese and English
