Assistant Accountant

Company Information:

This organization is a sizeable education institution in Hong Kong. We are helping them to look for an Assistant Accountant to join their finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily AR & AP activities and manage day-to-day cash flow
• Handle month-end closing and prepare financial reports
• Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercise
• Liaise with external parties for annual audit and tax issues
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in accounting
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA is a plus
• At least 10 years of working experience in accounting
• A team player, able to work under minimal supervision, and details oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
