Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor in the accounting department in managing daily accounting at the head office, including timely transaction recording, cash management, banking, payroll, salaries tax preparation, inventory, receivables, and payables;
• Prepare accounting reports for the supervisor's review and assist in the development of annual fiscal year budgets;
• Compile accounting reports and supervise month-end processes

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
• A good understanding of accounting management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting systems; hands-on experience in ERP systems will be an added advantage;
• Well-organized, independent, proactive and responsible
