Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities / 工作要求:
- Assist to prepare routine payment and bank transactions / reconciliation.
- Support company procurement services, logistical set-up for meetings, stock-take office equipment and supplies
- Provide daily administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain proper record and filings
- Work closely with other departments for daily operation
- Document dispatch, outdoor work as necessary
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements / 職位要求 :
- Basic knowledge of accounting software, e.g. MYOB
- 0 - 1 year working experience; Fresh graduates are also considered
- LCCI / Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) & Outlook, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently
- Detailed-oriented and self-motivated
- Immediately available is highly preferred
