Responsibilities:

• Handle tax compliance in US and other North America regions. Prepare monthly tax provision for US entities.
• Prepare US quarterly advance tax payment calculation and working for annual tax filing; ensure timely tax payments and return filings.
• Assist Managers in handling ad-hoc tax issues, Group tax projects and managing tax audit/disputes mainly in the US and Europe.  
• Manage transfer pricing compliance of the Group including the review of Master File, Country-by-Country Report (CbCR) and Local Files. 
• Handle internal tax reporting including tax budget/forecast and interim/year-end tax for the Group.  

• Degree in Accountancy, Taxation or business-related disciplines, with CPA qualification.  
• Minimum 6 years of relevant tax experience gained from CPA firm or tax function.
• Candidate with less experience in tax field will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager or Senior Officer. 
• Solid knowledge and experience in corporate taxes in US, including but not limited to federal and state returns for corporation/ partnership and information returns for foreign entities. With knowledge in US Sales & Use Tax would be advantageous.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills. Self-starter and good team player, ability to work under pressure.
