Key Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual legal and group accounts
• Review Balance Sheet schedules and strengthen the control
• Monitor and improve Capex, Working Capital and Cashflow
• Fully engaged with forecasting and budgeting process
• Work as a finance Business Partner with business for business solution and build financial models for new business
• Monitor and ensure customers' adherence to agree credit terms. Actively highlight accounts that persistently are in breach of agreed credit limit and credit period
• Review internal operation process to strengthen internal cost control
• Liaise with external parties for audit, tax and bank related matters

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance areas.Member / finalist of Professional Accounting Board
• At least 7 years working experience, with 2 years at managerial level
• Experience in start-up and omni channel in China is preferred
• Experience in supporting multiple M&A integrations is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager 

Skill and Key Competencies

•          Proficiency in MS Excel
•          Knowledge in HP / HFM will be an advantage
•          Proficiency in English & Mandarin, preferably Cantonese as well
•          Attention to detail and accuracy
•          Well organize and work independently
•          Strong communication skills
•          Ability to manage change, influence people and inspire the team
