Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts;
2. Prepare cash flow forecast and budgeting;
3. Monitor financial covenant and participate in project management;
4. Supervise accounting team to ensure the quality of work and operation efficiency;
5. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.

 Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting or any related disciplines;
2. Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years' relevant experience; 
3. Solid accounting/auditing experience in Big 4 firms with in-house Chinese-based listed company / property developer firms will be advantageous; 
4. Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing;
6. Experience in Flex Account System is preferred but not a must;
7. Good team player with can do attitude;
8. Immediate available is highly preferred.
