• Process invoices from vendors and payments from customers;
• Process payments via weekly check runs or ACH or Wire;
• Assist in collection on past due accounts;
• Work with Purchasing/Receiving on vendor record discrepancies;
• Open new customer, vendor accounts, and check credits via D&B Reports or from references;
• Settlements of Credit / Debit order;
• Bank Reconciliation;
• Close Month end / Quarter End /Year end and complete the adjustment entries;
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures;
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by finance manager and management.

• Diploma in accounting
• At least 2 years of solid accounting experience in trading firm
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
• Experience in data entry for Quickbooks and ERP system would be an advantage.
