Job duties:

• Explore effective recruitment channels (websites, social media platforms, career seminars, jobs fairs, referral programs and etc.) and propose strategies to attract talents
• Prepare payroll and commission calculations 
• B2B system
• Provide accurate and timely HR service
• Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements and business goals
• Prepare HR reports for management review
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and duties as required

Job requirements:

• Medical industry/Cosmetic industry/Retail industry experience is highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work independently
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
• Flexible, proactive and highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Immediate available is preferred
