Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of the flow of operations, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate risks and controls, identify audit issues and recommend solutions to mitigate risks, improve controls and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
• Recommend and implement corrective action plans, relevant internal controls and risk management procedures
• Develop annual audit plan and work schedule, deliver internal audit reports and perform other ad-hoc assignments assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or business-related disciplines.
• At least 5 years solid experience in auditing, preferable in financial industry
• Qualified member of HKICPA/ CPA/ CIA/ CISA or equivalent
• Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI, VBA, MySQL, Python or Java is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Self-motivated, independent with good communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager, Internal Audit
