Responsibilities:

• To perform credit control, collection of outstanding receivables, handling of bank collection issues
• To monitor the collection action plans and drive implementation of standardized credit control processes
• To update Group Finance Policies & SOPs including but not limited to billing, credit control, and refund processes
• To perform regular review on existing workflows to achieve efficiency
• To support design and implement workflows for new businesses
• To perform periodic testing of the effectiveness of controls, and working with team to design appropriate and effective controls
• To take part in system enhancement in relation to billing
• To ensure accuracy on high volume of billing, settlement, sales reconciliation, timely accounting information and compliance on a daily basis
• To work closely with internal departments and external parties including customers, bankers and auditor
• To participate in ad hoc projects when needed

Requirements:

• Member of accounting professional body, eg HKICPA, ACCA
• 3 - 5 years' relevant experience of which 2 years in supervisory / managerial position, preferably in large corporation (specializing in property management industry)
• Have experience in building up or working in a team for a new business would be a plus
• Well-experience in monitoring accounts receivable and credit control process
• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines is preferred
• Proactive, Independent, self-motivated, organized, attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to prioritize workload in a demanding environment
• Experience in system enhancement is preferred but not a must
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different levels
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience
• Supervisory skills is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Experiences in Oracle Financial and other similar ERP system is preferred
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
