Accountant 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare vouchers, debit note, cheque & e-payment and bank reconciliation
• Maintain and update inventory system
• Prepare sales reconciliation and handle sales refund 
  
• Prepare month-end closing and management accounts
• Prepare audit schedules for statutory audit
• Support internal and external auditing work
• Perform stock take
• Assist in budgeting and weekly cashflow forecast
• Participate in ad-hoc projects 

YOU NEED TO BE...

• Posses recognized accounting diploma or accounting qualification
  
• At least 4 years' solid experience in retailing or commercial industry
• Familiar with computerized Accounting system
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Responsible with hands-on experiences
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Candidates with less experience may consider as Assistant Accountant
