As part of the recent business expansion, they are looking for an Accounting Officer to join their F&A Team(quality work life balance role with No OT working culture)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting processing
• Carry out routine accounting duties including invoice process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashflow management and accounts reconciliations
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and other external parties
• Assisting operating business units with accounting related matters
• Prepare monthly end of year financial statements
• Prepare month end reports
• Completing monthly and quarterly tax return
• Responsible to the audit compliance and internal control
• Handle ad-hoc accounting related and management reporting duties

• Degree Holder in accounting discipline or related
  
• 2 years accounting experience from Bank, CPA firm, SFC broker firm or financial institution
• Full command of other MS Office tools and familiar with Accounting Software will be an advantage, although not necessary
• Proven problem solving and organization abilities, good analytical mind, hardworking and ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
