Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

• Responsible for data input & filing and clerical duties
• Handling general office routine and courier arrangement
• Handling phone calls
• Outdoor for bank-in and pay various office expenses
• Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE Form 5/ HKDSE Form 6 or above qualification
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, independent, hardworking and willing to work
• Good command in written / spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills
